Ms. Meng Yu is a senior partner of Insight Intellectual Property Ltd. She has devoted herself to intellectual property practice since graduating from university in 1988. Her prac-tice includes strategic patent procurement, general counseling on pre-litigation investig-ation and infringement and licensing issues. Ms. Yu has also handled a variety of trials and appeals, involving patent, trademark, copyright, trade secrets, and unfair competition issues.

Before joining the firm, Ms. Yu was from 1994 to 2001 manager of the patent department of China Sinda Intellectual Property Ltd., where she, was responsible for patent reexamin-ation and invalidation proceedings. Relying on her solid expertise and professionalism, she has established broad connections with domestic and foreign clients. Ms. Yu worked at the Chinese Patent Office as an examiner from 1988 to 1994.
