Mr. Daz Wang is a senior partner of Insight Intellectual Property Ltd. He has worked con-tinuously in intellectual property practice since graduating from university in 1989, and has been involved in all aspects of intellectual property laws with a focus on patent prosecution and dispute resolution. Mr. Wang has extensive experience in rendering opinions concer-ning patentability of inventions and infringement and validity of patents. He counsels clients on strategic protection, acquisition, licensing, and transfer of intellectual property rights involving patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets.

Before joining the firm, Mr. Wang was from 1994 to 2001 manager of the foreign filing department of China Sinda Intellectual Property Ltd. He was an examiner in the Chinese Patent Office for six years before starting his private professional career.
