Mr. Ming Tian became an attorney at law in 1997 and started his career as a patent att-orney in 1998 after graduating from Beijing University with BS and LLB degrees. His practice principally focuses on reexamination proceedings of patent applications, patent invalidation proceedings, infringements, and licensing and transfer of intellectual property.

Before joining the firm in 2002, Mr. Tian was associated with a general practice law firm.
