Mr. Haiguo Hu joined the firm in 2006. His practice includes drafting patent applications for domestic clients, prosecuting patent applications, developing intellectual property prote-ction strategies, and handling trademark and trade secret matters.
Before joining the firm, Mr. Hu served as a IP Manager at Netac Technology Co., Ltd. He has dealt with not only hundreds of patent applications, but also many intellectual property litigation matters including some international patent infringement litigations. In addition, he also has experience in the handling of cases relating to trade mark law. |
