Dr. Kefei Han was admitted to practice before the State Intellectual Property Office of China in 1994. He is chiefly involved in patent prosecution, enforcement and litigation and repre-sents clients in a wide range of technological areas including chemistry, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, life sciences, and medical instruments. He also represents a number of foreign clients in procuring Chinese patents in the field of biotechnology.
Before joining the firm, Dr. Han served as an adjunct professor at Beijing Chemical Industry University. |
