Mr. Ting Fang is a partner of the firm. After passing the national examination for Patent Attorneys' Qualification in 1996, he began his career as a patent attorney with China Sinda Intellectual Property Ltd. His practice focuses primarily on the creation and execution of in-tellectual property protection strategies in the fields of electronics, communications and software. He has assisted numerous start-up companies and existing corporations in deve-loping successful patent portfolio strategies. He also has thorough knowledge of integrat-ed circuit layout protection matters and has been responsible for registration of Integrated Circuit layout design both for domestic and foreign clients.

Before becoming a patent attorney, Mr. Fang worked for three years at Beijing Technology and Business University as an assistant professor of electronics and computers.
