Mr. Chen was an examiner responsible for biotechnology fields (International Classifica-tions: C07K2/00-11/02 and C12N11/00-13/00) for three years after graduation from un-iversity. He passed the National Judicial Examination in 2003. He is mainly involved in pat-ent prosecution and litigation. He currently represents clients in a wide range of techno-logical areas including biochemistry, pharmaceuticals and life sciences. He also represents a number of domestic clients in the biotechnology areas in proposing patent protection strategies and drafting patent applications.
