Mr. Daniel Jiang joined the firm in 2006. His practice includes drafting patent applications, adapting incoming applications to the Chinese practice. Thanks to his experience of R&D, he is able to precisely understand inventors’ presentation on inventions and render comprehensive opinions in assisting clients’ to obtain reasonable protection of patent.
Before joining the firm, Mr. Jiang was a solution engineer in Nortel Networks of Canada from 2000 to 2001. He also attached to Global Legal IT Solutions of China as a technical consultant during his study of his master degree from 2003 to 2005. From 2005-2006, he worked as a system engineer at Grid Control Center of Hydro One, a power company of Canada. |
